1999 4Runner Limited Worth fixing or not??

Hello

I need someones advise on this issue. I have a 1999 Toyota 4Runner Limited with 360Km on it. Following are the problems:
1) Rear diff leaking oil on both rear brakes so both rear brake are rendered useless.
2) Timing belt never been changed.
3) Recently i've noticed once the car engine heats up the check engine light turns on.
4) Recently I've also noticed that sometimes when i'm at a stop light the engine turns off and i have to restart it.
5) leaking small drops of oil near the transmission.

Is it worth fixing????
Please bear in mind that i have not been working for more than 2 years due to some health issues.

If your health issues keep you from working does that also keep you from doing any or all of this work yourself??

That is the real question these complaints could turn into several thousand dollars in repair costs .

Not knowing what else needs to be done as far as Suspension Brakes etc other then the rear gear oil soaked ones

Then do you need a vehicle of this type ??

You might be better off selling this one as is.

It really comes down to your budget and what you want to do

I am guilty of spending way to much money on vehicles that I should have let go.

Depending on your health issues and mechanical ability is what I would go by. Some sound like an easy fix and others could get expensive. If you have all the problems fixed by a mechanic, probably not worth the money.
