Newbie with shifter question

Hello to all! I'm a newbie here and this is my first post.
I have a 1987 Toyota Pickup 4WD with the 22r engine and the 5 speed G52 manual transmission. It's a regular cab base model.

I need advice on what to do with the transmission shifter retainer. One of the pins is broke off that holds the retainer/spring down. I'm sure most of you know what I'm referring to.
Should I try to do something with the one I have? Try to find a new or used one?

I love the truck and have a LOT of money in it. I never plan to get rid of it. It's not in the best condition but it's far from the worst. I get compliments on it constantly at stores and redlights. I use it daily for my work truck and wanna start using it to pull a small aluminum boat.

Gonna try and post some pictures on what's broken.

Thank you

drill out or punch out the old pin, and press in a new one.

You could also get a new base from the junk yard.

Do you recommend any online junkyards who might have it? I received an email back from Yota Yard that stated they were checking on it and for me to call today.
