3.0 V6 Problem. Help me out??

I am getting a whooshing sound around 3000+ rpm and increases with acceleration. I popped the hood and I'm blasted with air near the shroud/fan as well as under the vehicle in the same area. At idle the whooshing sound is not as apparent. It is blowing so much air that dust on the road when I am parked or pulling out of a parking spot causes a mini "dust storm".

I figure the amount of air I am being "blasted" with is about as much as my shop vac blows when I reverse the unit to use as a leaf blower. It is quite alot.

I am thinking it's the fan clutch seized.....again. I'm on my 3rd fan clutch in 4 years.

Any ideas, as it's annoying and obviously somethings wrong.
I also completed the airbox mod about 2 weeks ago although I don't believe it to be related to the current problem.

Thanks in advance to any who respond. I realy appreciate it.

It sounds like you have something wrong with the blades on your fan if you are going through that many clutches and blowing that much air...

Though not sure if possible with TOYOTAs, I know it's possible on other vehicles to install the fan the opposite way.

Your fan clutch is obviously locked up. Better that then not locking at all and overheating. You'll need to replace the clutch. Better yet, go electric or flex fan.
