I got a 1991 3.0efi 5 speed just replaced fuel pump and filter now when I start the truck up it runs say for one minute then turn it off it will not restart.Now if I let it rest for say 10/15 minutes if fires right back up. I cannot figure it out for the life of me any ideas of what may be wrong

 

Please clarify wont start.
No "Crank" where the starter does not turn.
No combustion when you do not hear, feel and smell the VROOM.
