hey guys! i have a 95 4runner that has been racking my brain for about 8 months now.... i have a intermittent hesitation i cant for the life of me figure it out. the hesitation is from idle up to around 2500 rpms. it does it worst when its warm outside and when the 4runner is up to temp. ive also noticed that its bad if ive been running it hard for a while (interstate driving).idle is 750rpm and smooth. when you take off from idle it hesitates or stumbles almost like it wants to die but you can accelerate through it. it also seems to only do it throught first and second gear. i thought maybe it was starving for fuel but it has always seemed to smell like it was running rich... stock motor, cold air intake, changed the vafm, changed the tps, changed the o2 sensor(denso), new fuel filter, coolant is full( i know how the coolant controls the idle on these things). could it be the ect? injectors maybe? could the egr cause this? no codes either... any help would be appreciated!!

 

Check ignition timing.

 

Ive adjusted it between 10 and 14 with no change...
