Running lights and tail lights come on when trucks off and no key in????

Running lights and tail lights come on when trucks off and no key in????
I have a 1995 4runner with a 22re in her great lil beast. Two days ago her lights just started turning on outa of the blue no keys in all lights off . Anyone have a clue what's going on?

Got a multi-meter? Got schematic for your truck?

The first thing I would ask is any sort of Alarm or parts of one
Do the lights blink or just come on and stay on??
If the contacts in the tail light relay stick the lights will be on
If the relay is getting tired it is possible the contacts might bounce and come into contact
It comes down to your having an alarm or not
If you pull the tail light fuse and the lights shut off look at the relay if they don`t go off your getting system voltage into the tail light circuit someplace
I have the 94 EWD wire colors might be off
