Question need help w/ winch

I just got a tjm t-15 (x-treame off road) and warn m 8000 winch.
Has any one rotated the clutch handle to fit in the bumper cutout and if yes did you have to cut any of the bumper to get it to turn.

Uhm... All those alen bolts on the end with the clutch handle... you see them?

undo all of them, DONT pull it off... just lift a bit and rotate to where you need the handle to be as per the hole in your bumper....

disclaimer... I just offered you advice, do it at your own risk.. lol... I had to do that on my 9.5XP to get the handle in the right spot for my ARB bumper.

Talking Yep

That's how you do it, loosen the allen bolts, don't take them out and rotate the lever to the spot where you can access it from the front of the bumper.

FYI, I chose to leave my lever as is, and access the handle through the coutout on the top of my TJM, just pop the plastic plug out and presto, there's the lever.

Same here. Another tip to remember is blue LocTite for each of these. If you don't get them tight and the vibration of driving around shakes them loose, you will cry when time to use the winch.
