What happens when I put negative line to positive terminal(+) battery terminal?

What happens when I put negative line to positive terminal(+) battery terminal?
Hi,
I have a 99 4runner manual 4WD 3.4. I accidentally put a negative lead to positive terminal on the battery. I know it's ridiculous. It happened because the battery terminals were on the opposite side because the battery was not for the truck. Regardless, I saw and smelled the ALT(120a) fuse blown so I replaced it. But now the radio is not working..
I was wondering if there is other fuse that was supposed to be blown that prevents the radio not to turn on.

Total disruption of the fabric of time. Bad cess.
Your owners manual should give a fusebox image, and what the fuses serve. Google might find it as well.
You may well find any number of different problems that you have caused, over time.
Is the truck running again, and the alternator charging??

You may well find any number of different problems that you have caused, over time.

I was looking at google and searching for dumb people like me but no one has done it.. What kind of fuse would I have blown?

I know that there are two fuse boxes: one in the driver side kick panel and one in the engine bay. I check both and no fuse seems to be affected by it. I would think Alternator fuse is the only one that was supposed to blow..?

If there is no blown fuse, I guess the next thing would be to determine if there is truly 12v being supplied to the radio.
If there is 12v at the radio, there is either an internal radio fuse that is blown, or maybe the radio is baked.

Just what was the ground lead coming from because that is what the current flowed through to ground
I am guessing the radio worked before this little mishap ??
It may have been much worse the fire department might have been there to keep other buildings from burning to the ground.
Burning two vehicles the garage and the house tends to make me real careful in my older days also impossible to get any type of Fire Insurance that is not more expensive then my yearly Gross income.
