I was reading a thread on here from 8/31/ 2016 , my EFI relay seems to be working when tested , now I have with the key-on and relay removed from Batt- to #1 = .007 vdc, From Batt- to #2 = 11.99 vdc , from Batt- to #3 = 1.3 vdc, from Batt- to #5 = 12.06 vdc , I'm not sure if this is good ? it doesn't sound right to me by what is on the relay cover 1 and 2 are closed , 3 and 5 are open till power is applied ,am I understanding that right which means that between 2 and 5 there is a short or am I wrong on this ?

Also from Batt- to +B =1.3vdc and from Batt+ to +B = 10.76 vdc , Battery power is at 12.40 vdc , I have been trying to get this truck up and running for weeks now, thanks for any HELP you can give me , I'm thinking its just a wire that I'm missing .

this is a picture from under fuse box of the EFI Relay , the big # 6 or #8 wire goes to the 80 Amp , this truck add a plow added to it, but to the left of that is what I'm talking about , I just wanted to give you some orientation , the wire on the top goes to the #1 post , the one to the left is #5 , the one to the right is #3 , and the bottom one is #2 , I don't know if you can make out the Colors or not ? But #1 is a 14 gauge white with a black strip and red rings or slashes , #5 looks like a #12 wire ,is black with green strip and red slashes , #3 looks like a #12 white with red strip and red slashes , and last is #2 looks like #14 wire black with yellow strip and red slashes or rings , no wires look shorted .
