02 Runner 240K - what now?

First, Awesome website, guys. Lots of great stuff on here.
Second, I did some searching and found a few threads with similar questions, but I'm feeling special, so I'm going to write my own.

Anyway, I've started driving my 4runner again (it sat for 6months) and even put new tires on it. However, I've noticed that I haven't done any major maintenance since 128K miles. The thermostat, fuel filter and timing belt were replaced then. About 20K ago, I did the drive belts and flushed the radiator and replaced the exhaust sensors after it threw some codes (I have the ScanGuage II). No codes in about a year of sporadic driving. I have a K&N that's cleaned regularly. I think that's pretty much it. Anyway, other than it being a little sluggish ( I have 275/75's on it too )and me having anxiety about it having been 112K since the timing belt was replaced, is there anything else I should be anticipating or looking into now? Under the hood, it looks great. No leaks or oozes that I have found yet. I'm thinking probs diffs and maybe something with the tranny. IDK.

Thanks!

Sounds to me like it just needs to be driven! Wouldn't worry too much about the timing belt. I've had 250k 5vz that had stock belt on it. Plus it's a non interference motor, meaning valves and pistons do not contact, should the belt break. At worst it's an inconvenience of calling a buddy with a trailer or a tow truck. I'd personally drain and fill the trans with DEXIII a couple time over the next couple oil changes. That's about it. Drive it, man.

I would still replace the timing belt soon when it is convenient (and maybe water pump too while your are at it) so you don't have to worry about it.

Replace the fluids when you do your next few oil changes like vasinvictor said.

Keep Driving it!
