Brake line splitter?

Not sure exactly what this part is called, maybe a brake line splitter? Located on the rear dif and goes to both rear brakes.

As you can see it's leaking on the right side. Easy fix? Of course it's rusted pretty bad. What are my options? Can I put in a new splitter or will I have to cut out the lines that lead to it and splice in new lines as well?

I have found it all most impossible to flare old brittle brake lines

If your not comfortable or have never double flared buy the made lines

M10x1.0 flare nut size 3/16" /4.75 mm line
