93 3VZE pwr steering vacuum source

I bought this 4runner and the previous owner has the vacuum lines screwed up. Where do the two vacuum lines connect for the power steering idle up valve? The diagrams I have seen online only show where one of the lines connect. Also I have a vacuum diaphragm located just in front of the vacuum solenoids mounted on the passenger side fender. This diaphragm does not show up on the vacuum diagrams so I'm not sure where these two line connect. Any help would e greatly appreciated. Ive searched the forums and have had no luck.
Thanks.

The A/C idle-up has a VSV connected to a diaphragm; that might be what you are talking about. (No? A picture is worth a lot of typing.]

That's what I needed. An under plenum view of the vacuum lines.
Thanks.
