What is this part

This part came from somewhere in my axle assembly the guy that had it before me didn't put one back. I need to know what it is called so I can get a new one please help. 1991 Toyota pickup sr5

It's a spacer for the CV half shaft. It fits between the outer spindle/knuckle bushing and snap ring. There's several different sizes(1.8mm, 2.0mm, 2.25mm). The size you need depends on the spindle/knuckle bushing thrust clearance. Which is supposed to be no more than 1mm(.039").

Anyway, it looks fine to me. Just use that one. No sense in buying a new one. Unless you've got a reason to.

The only reason I need to buy one is I am missing one. When I took it apart there was only one.

90560-27010 1.8mm
90560-27011 2.25mm
