Is this for real? $52 air locker

is this similar to an "ARB"? which i thought were like $1000.
Please advise.
EDIT: NEVER MIND. dang site displayed the picture of the whole locker kit, and the whole locker kit's text description, on the page for the air coupler only kit. damnyou jcwhitney!
this thread may as well be deleted, mods. sorry i thought i found us a deal!
