1994 4Runner, questions about fog lights

So, I'm new here and new to 4runners, and I might have some dumb questions for a little while, but please humor me.

At the moment, I'm wondering about fog lights. I have a 94 4Runner, I don't know if any of them came stock with fog lights, but mine did not. It looks like the person who owned my car previously has routed the turn signals up into the headlights instead of in the bumper, because he had a trail gear bumper on it. We have put a stock front bumper on it, and I was wondering if there is any fog light sets that might fit where the bumper turn signals are, or any mods that have been done?

I would be even more interested in knowing if there is a Hella Micro DE kit that fits a 94 4Runner, any kits that they make (searching didn't turn up much for me), or any ideas on how I could make them work? I used to have them on a GTI that I had several years ago and I really liked them.

Sorry for the wordy post, I'd appreciate any and all information, even to just help steer me in the right direction, or tell me I'm barking up the wrong tree. Thank you thank youuuu

some horizontal leds would be a close fit. and you are correct no pre 86 had factory fog lights. if you want brighter headlights, many places have conversion kits. leds, hids. just make sure you get the right housing for the bulb you want. dont be a tuner idiot with hids in a reflector housing.

I don't need brighter headlights necessarily and I don't need HIDs, I just want to either: use the space that the turn signals previously took up because it feels a little pointless to wire in more turn signals when we already have them up in the headlights. Also I really like fog lights, we travel a lot and the extra light would help in some conditions.
Alternatively I really like hella micro DEs so if there is a way to use those, a kit maybe or a write up on how to use them on my 94, I'd be pretty interested in that.

don't worry, I'm not looking to blind anyone with HIDs

measure the lights you would like, specs should be on whatever website they are offered on and compare that to the available opening on the bumper.
No one offers a specific kit for what you want to do.
mounts can be made by bending some metal in a vice if need be
