The hook latch is made wiith a hard rubber coating on the latch hook.
My rubber finally shredded off and now the door is loose and bangs when offroading. Has anyone replaced or found a way to adjust the door loop
Even though there seems to be no adjustment?

Maybe that door knocking aint so bad !

The broken rubber was causing the door to jam and not open. Pulling off the rubber fixed it but created a loose banging door.

 

Guess i was overthinking the fix for this. I just wrapped the steel loop on the doorjam with a few layers of electrical tape. Door is tight when closed and no more off road banging.
