1991 DLX Extra Cab Fender Support Bracket Question

Hi All,

I'm new here, apologies if this is not the right place for this. I have a 1991 DLX Extra Cab 4x4 that had some front end damage. I have removed the fenders and bumper assembly. On the drivers side the Fender Support Bracket is bent. I would like to replace it but not sure how to remove it. I would appreciate any guidance on how to change this out.

if it's what i'm thinking of, it has nuts on the inside. iirc, you have to remove the lower air filter housing, or at least the bolts to even get to them by moving it out of the way.
