Question 2nd gen 2 door automatic mid window mod or weather proofing?

Hey guys, Brand new to the forum here, and to my 4runner also

so theirs no confusion.

She is a 1995 4x4 2 door 4runner with the 3.0 v6

I have the driver and passenger windows that roll up and down electronically along with the back window that goes into the tailgate.

Now the "mid" window that the rear seats look out of pop out/crack open/vent slightly about an inch or two like many mini-vans do

this is done with a simple clamp like handle, but, with there only being 2 doors its not all that easy to slide the seats forward, climb into the back and open them...so i was wondering if there was anything out there that would make them electronic. so i could wire something to the dash where i could press a button and they would open/close

if not, is there any better weather proofing option than the ugly (in my opinion) stick on bug deflector style rain deflectors?

any other help/2 door advice would be greatly appreciated, thanks in advance, and sorry for the novel!
