EGR Cooler Plate Torque Values?

I have my EGR cooler plate off to remove a broken bolt the PO left form me to take care of. I'm using a new Toyota gasket, don't see any torque values in the service manual. Anyone have a correct torque value for these five bolts?

Thanks.

Checked my FSM, haynes and chilton and can't find any torque values. I'd recommend just counting the removal turns and matching them plus 1/4 turn, if you didn't count and they are already off, if it were me - I'd just make em snug plus a smidgen more..

Call a toyota service center and ask them, they might know..
