i have a 1995 pick-up with a 22re. I'm trying to fix the air conditioning system and i have purchased two different evaporators that do not fit either the low pressure return line or the expansion valve. Both fittings are smaller on the new evaporators that ive purchased recently. Both evaporators are supposed to fit 89 through 95 pick-ups. I'm now thinking that my truck may have the same evap as a T100. Does anyone know about the air conditioning components used in 1995.

I would think you might end up changing lines to match your new evap coil.

 

Just received confirmation that the 1995 pickup does use the same air conditioning components as the T100/4Runner.

 

check with dealership and give the VIN# to confirm parts
