22r Knocking top end

Hey guys, i just checked out the toyota i was planning on buying. I can get it for 1300.00 and it runs but I am not a mechanic. I do know how to use the internet though and forums. Can someone check out this vid and give me possible scenarios. What turns me on to this truck is there is no rust on the frame, its a 22r and he already installed a brand new weber carb!!! The 4wd works and He installed a new timing chain as well. I thought i could just buy a new head for 300.00 and install it but it looks like its gonna be too hard for me to do with no knowledge. Lemme know what u think. here is the link to my fb page, i tried uploading, its less then 200 mb and i zipped it, don't know whats wrong. facebook.com/briannshelly.feeser/videos/402670803250114/?l=7055061877995813991

I'm sure you'll get an answer. If it takes a while just remember not everyone uses the place of faces. Must be logged in to watch.

Red face

No we are just older and talk like that!!

I will say if you can`t do your own work these older trucks can get expensive fast.

I myself don`t get the whole place of faces attraction.

I would say either valves ticking or an exhaust leak. Hard to tell for sure from the video. Could be a valve adjustment, but hard for me to tell.

^^ I agree. I've also heard of people over tightening their valve covers causing rocker arms to come in contact with it.
