5VZ Cyl Head resurface measurements

Since I am a closet machinist, I have resurfaced a couple of slightly warped 5VZ cylinder heads. I took off the minimal amount to get them flat and clean. I do not know if they were resurfaced prior to me getting my hands on them. For the life of me I cannot find anything that shows the minimum height of the deck so I don't know if I have taken off too much and need new heads. My Chilton's manual does not even address it and the FSM says to get new heads if they are even slightly out of flatness tolerance. But since people sell resurfaced 5VZ heads I'm not buying what the FSM says. Anyone know where I can get the measurement specs for minimal deck height? FYI, there were no indentation indicators (whatever they are called) on the head surface like I have seen on some other heads so I assume that I need to measure from the top surface.

Help!

I can't find anything searching the web either, sorry. I get used long blocks for $159 so I do not bother with machining anything.

My FSM states "inspect cylinder head for flatness. Using a precision straight edge and feeler gauge, measure the surfaces contacting the cylinder block and manifolds for warpage.
Maximum warpage: 0.10 mm (0.0039 in.)
If warpage is greater, replace the cylinder head."

My FSM says the same... but since these resurfaced heads are sold, I assume that there is a maximum that can be removed or those would not be available. I'm trying to find what guidelines they use when they resurface the heads.
