Locked rear axle price?

Locked rear axle price?
I found a complete rear axle with 4.10 gears with locking differential at a junkyard and they are asking $750 drum to drum. Is this a good price? Comes from a rolled 1999 4runner with manual tranny. Let me know what you guys think. I'm going there tomorrow and see if there are any damage. Also the guy said the whole truck is still in their yard.
