Whats it worth? Non-rununing 95 4x4 Pickup

So I'm new to Toyotas and I'm not sure what this one might be worth. It belongs to a friend of mine who tore into it trying to fix a few issues about a year ago. He recently got a new truck and left this at my house originally hoping to fix it, now he wants to get rid of it. The details:

95 4x4 Pickup, 3.0 V6, Auto, Extended cab

The Good:
6 inch lift
35x12.50 Toyo Open Country MTs (almost new)
17 inch black Fuel rims
Nice tool box
Nice stereo

The Bad:
Non-running
Intake manifold and oil pan left off
Unsure of the mileage
Crappy respray in stock color, a few dents

Engine issues:
From what I understand there were a few issues when the truck was running. Low oil pressure and warm start/poor fuel economy issues. Since I'm not familiar with this engine I'm not sure if there is weak component in the system that commonly causes these issues. When my friend got the truck supposedly the engine was a newer rebuilt unit. Hard to tell since it is kind of muddy and the PS leaked fluid in the engine bay. As a result my friend thought the low oil pressure indicated a failing engine but he didn't notice or report any ticking/knocking. Personally I think the oil pressure is a gauge or sender issue and the warm start/poor fuel economy is a fuel issue such as a leaky injector or bad fuel regulator. The fuel issue doesn't scare me but the oil pan, intake manifold and plugs were all left off while the truck was stored outside. The bottom end doesn't look to have any flash rust so I'm not sure if I should try putting it back together and attempt to troubleshoot the original issues or not.

So knowing what I know what do you think it might be worth? I think the wheels and tires are worth about 1200 all by themselves. Any recommendations on fixing this would also be great.

I guess the tires and rims are worth whatever used tires will bring in your locality, probably half what they cost new.

Dead truck with engine partially dismantled---------worth about 10 or 15 cents a pound across the scrappers scales.

3.0 autos are not the holy grail of Toyota 4x4's.

If you really want a pig in a poke project, maybe $1500 or so.
