Just notice bad rust color behind just one rear wheel. I guess this would be the brake rotor. On a 2003 with only 4K miles and I keep in garage. Based on this it is going to look terrible in about a year when thru the wheels you see a lot of rust. Why have spoke wheels if you are going to have to look at rust. Is my only option other wheels that will hide the rust when it gets bad?

Is it on the brake rotor where the brake pad touches during brake use?

If so, then it's normal to have some surface rust on them when sitting overnight, especially when it's really humid (my Brembo rotors did that, but after using the brakes it went away)

Yes, Thanks had not driven it for a week.
After driveing most went away. Only a little left where pad will not rub but that you can not notice as much.
