Couple 20r hybrid questions

Hey, so I've been researching quite a bit into the 22r/20r hybrid and have just a couple questions I haven't seen any answers to as of yet. Ive got an 84 early model 22r and will be putting a 20r head on.

First- Is it worth running 22r valves? I've heard they are better for more flow, but I've also heard the stock 20r valves have higher velocity which is better.

Second- If I leave stock 20r vavles can I run my 22r 256 duration cam(or something close to that) as well as the aluminum rocker arms, or will that overextend the springs and break them? Something of that sort happened to my buddy.

Third- I've read that machining is required to run the 22r valves, what does that entail? Is it just seating them in, or do they need to be ground out at a machine shop, nothing that can be hand done?

Fourth- Are the Valve stem seals and such the same, or will they need to be replaced if I run the 22r valves?

And lastly, does anyone know actual power differences, from stock 22r to the hybrid? I've read from everyone that it is a substantial difference, but have yet to see actual numbers or dyno charts.

Thanks!!

Just got done doing my hybrid build. If you use 22r valves there will need machine work done. 22r valves are oversized 20r valves but I believe are longer in length. Any question let me know. I think I know a lot from experience. I'm new to yota tech so I'll try to post pics
