instead of lifting, you could go the opposite direction and chop metal - this way you can pretty much fit 40" tires without rubbing anything
this question gets asked at least 100 times a year. search button works great too!
short answer - factory solid axle pickup is not very tall and can only fit around a 31" tire with no mods, and maybe a 32" tire or 33x10.5 with the correct spec'd wheel and some light sheetmetal work. this is also because many pickups have negative arched front leafs if they're stock, and we have no idea how low the front of your truck is.
