Exclamation 3vze Accidentally shorted diagnostics box!!!! HELP!

I was about to mess with my timing to try and find the sweet spot after removing/cleaning my plenum, doing and EGR delete and installing new flamethrower injectors and I accidentally touched the paperclip to another connection, got a spark and then the truck cut off (it was running while I was doing this.) Now it won't start! Turns over just fine, but won't fire. Any ideas? I've got the battery unplugged hoping letting the ECU reset will help.....Add this to the power/acceleration issues I've been having after doing everything I listed at the beginning....

Including the EFI (MFI) fuse, especially. http://personal.utulsa.edu/~nathan-b.../2powersou.pdf

Ha, yeah, did that right after I finished posting. It was the EFI fuse. Got that fixed and figured out that 2 of the new injectors weren't firing (thankfully they were on the throttle body side) due to the adapter plugs being a bit bent when I initially plugged them in. All is right with the world now, truck runs great (better than it has since I've had it in fact.)
