1985 Toyota 4X4 driveshaft issues

I have had issues with rear driveshaft hanger bearings.
They squeak at low speeds.
Have changed 2 bearing assys. The shaft was removed completely balanced and properly aligned.
The bearing still has slight squeal, so just drove it like that for about 21,000Klms.Now its worn out.

Is it OK to make a 1 piece shaft for these trucks and eliminate the hanger bearing. There seems to be lots of clearance under the crossmember.

Any help would be appreciated
Barry
