Angry 89 22re need help. Runs crappy and dies

I have a 89 22re in a 92 body that is dumping excessive fuel and doesn't want to stay running once its warm. Truck worked fine, then I did a coolant flush and now I have all kinds of problems. Changed cap, rotor, plugs, wires. Injector on #4 and temp sensors all with the same results. No vac leaks, and timing is right on. If you pull plug wire from cylinder 2 or 4 no change in motor. Pull 1 or 3 and it dies right away. Fuses are all good. Anybody know what the problem could be? I'm at a loss. I though maybe the intake was cracked but it's all good. Also changed fuel pressure regulator. Don't know where else to look. Ready to throw a match and walk away. Any help would be great. Thank you.

You checked your plug wires going to correct cylinders?
Do they all get a spark?

X3. If you can pull a plug wire off and nothing changes in the idle then you have to assume that cylinder is not firing and that you cause your problems. The fact that is happening on 2 of your cylinders and it still runs is a testament to the 22re. Make sure you have a solid connection from the plugs to the wires. Make sure the same is true from wires to the cap. Also if this started happening after a coolant flush. And before the tuneup. I have to ask was there water sprayed all over the engine compartment. Maybe the coil got damaged or fuel injectors got shorted out. Can you smell fuel in the non firing cylinder spark plugs? If so you have fuel. If not its a good place to look. Have you checked the truck for codes? Just trying to throw ideas. Does it look as though the rotor is making good contact with the points in the cap? Or do 2 of them look to have never gotten hot? Good luck keep us posted
