Hey guys I'm new to YotaTech. so here's the problem, I recently bought a 1991 Toyota truck, 4wd, 22re. Just recently it has started making a really loud whining noise (almost like a jet engine sort of noise) it seems to be loudest around 3rd and 4th gear and increases with speed. it stops when I push the clutch in. it sounds like it is coming from somewhere in the front part of the tranny. have any of you ever had this problem? what could it be? its really starting to bother me...
