Do the 89-94 leaf springs fit on the '01 tacoma?
Hey guys,
I am attempting to help my friend with a rear end swap on his '01 tacoma.
He plans to use the rear end assembly from a 1994 DLX model pickup, and I don't know if those '94 leaf springs will mount to the '01 chassis.
Do you know if Toyota changed the leaf springs for the newer mid sized rigs?

Somewhere in this thread there is a pic of spring length comparison in a chart format.https://www.yotatech.com/forums/f114...isc-bs-167140/

Wrong person to ask although I have installed a few lift kits I myself have no use for them.
I could measure and give you some real numbers in the morning .If I think of it.
Then quite a bit of difference between bare springs with no weight and springs under a truck.
