2001 Toyota 4Runner Sport help with e locker

Okay so I have a 2001 toyota 4runner sport that is not only my trail hero but dd. I know in the recent year 3rd gens there was an E locker for the rear diff factory equiped. Well in my t4r i just have the option for locking my transfer case, which in theory is a good thing, but if you have ever ridin some serious trails you would know that doesnt do the trick. So i was wondering, is there a way i can put the toyota e locker in my rear diff, if it isnt already there just not connected to a switch. Also a little side track question, is there any vendors or anything where i can buy new suspension and steering components as well as armor that is trail worthy and a little more on the affordable side.

Search for the toyota e locker retrofit. If your rear diff is a toy 8" it can be done.
