have a 1989 3vze hilux pick up with auto box. idle is irratic and idle speed is different every time i start up. Occassional get a pop in the exhaust like a back fire. once past idle engine very smooth and powerful. fuel ecomany is very good at 22 mpg in mixed driving. now is it worth replacing all ignition leads dizzy cap and rotor as i believe them to be orginal parts fitted in factory ie over 25 years old. if so what is a good alternative to toyota/denso if not avaliable.
