Having trouble starting my 87 help

Having trouble starting my 87 help
My truck won't start al it is doing is clicking I replaced the started thinking it was that. It didn't fix it I can still pop start the truck and I tested the battery and cables and everything is hot. Any advice will help

Just how did you test every thing??
Just what is the system voltage at the Battery ?? starter ??
Poor rebuilt starter ?? Quite a few of these around.
Poor connection at the solenoid ??
Battery terminals clean and tight??
Ground cables clean tight and to the correct places ??
