T-100 Hood Won't Open but the latch is working. Something must be broken on the hood side. There is no tension in the cable when pulled from inside the cab. Must have fallen off on the hood side. I fiddled around with a screwdriver trying to unlatch it from the grill but couldn't figure it out. How do I manually pop this thing open?

 

You might be able to unbolt the three 10mm bolts from the grill side. You'll need a long 6" wobble extension to git to them. There will be a 4th bolt but I think it only holds on the shield.
