Question rebuilt started finally but sounds and runs horrible

Got my truck running finally!! I rebuilt it and had my grounds all wrong and a blown alternator fuse. Replaced it and she fired right up btw my truck is 93 yota pickup dlx 2.4. Now the problem is that she sounds like crap. Not idleing right or running smooth. Its like wah wah wah waaah rpms keep going up and down when it idles. Is that timing or maybe throttle position sensor???? How should i correct this issue.:

From: Columbia River Gorge, Oregon...east side
Check carefully for a vacuum leak. Intake tube, all hoses, etc.

Did you rebuild it? Had a similar problem. What I had to do was reset the fuel rail in the intake because the injectors werent fully seated.

Fuel injectors to the intake. I think it sounds more like vacuum routing is not correct.
