I have a fan issue with my prerunner. Ac works fine but omly on high and the fan is jacked up so its loud. I replaced motor a couple months because i thought it might fix it. Wrong. also i tried to buy the actual fan from parts house and they couldnt get one. So
My question is whats causing motor to only work on high and where do i get a new fan to go on new fan motor? Other then dealer if possible...

 

Sounds to be the blower motor resistor. That's what controls the fan speed

 

Were is the resistor located and how hard is it to change?
