3vze egr/pair reed valve delete

Did the egr and pair reed valve delete this past weekend. So far so good. Better throttle response, engine temp is down a little and better mpg but time well tell about that. Already had the catalytic converter removed before the egr/pair removal. Next is an intake mod for a more direct air flow. Thanks yotatech for the good write ups and reviews. Oh, I bought the lce kit, didn't need the resistors cause I don't have a temp sensor on my egr but the block off plates are nice and saved me time from making my own. Had to drill the holes a tad larger for the pair reed valve block off plate on the manifold. Could be due to warp or because my engine wasn't completely cold. Either way, thanks

Do it. Truck has more pep and just a slight increase in fuel milage. This mod frees up a lot if room under the hood. Making spark plug changes easier on the passenger side. For whatever reason your not happy with it, its completely reversible.
