I have a 83 toyota with a rough country 3in lift with the rear leafs installed the shackle is like this / instead of \ except a way worse angle basically flat against the frame. I tried to Jack up the truck and pry it that didn't work I also tried to flip the spring and that didn't either. Any help at all would be greatly appreciated.

I'm not sure how to post pics but yes it is inverted. I got the truck recently an it was that way when I got it. What will help this situation? I read weight in the back but,I have to get it right before I can do that. I don't really have a welder or anything at my disposal so cutting and relocating isn't a option right now. Will a longer shackle make any diffrence?
