okay gang so ive searched around for a carrier bearing for my 90 sr5 4x4 ex cab....as I am a first time owner of a Toyota please bear with me if I exhibit a level of ignorance but I assumed this should be a pretty strait forward part find especially being drivetrain related on a popular off road truck!..however the part that keeps being refered to my truck doesn't match what is actually ON the truck..granted the problem may be that I am searching after market parts but im stuck with that for now as I don't have the 175 bucks for an oem bearing....anyhow im new to the site too and and just figured someone may have ran into this and any input would be greatly appreciated...dig this site and thanks a bunch!!!


p.s. the certain part that it brought up was #A-6008 and the old one looks more like an A-6012 if that's worth anything

yes thanks rworegon "this" #1 is a huge help for personal reference ..in the diagram part #37230 is the part and poss 37230e..where the shafts join at the carrier is extremely sloppy (vibe at medium speeds)..for the mileage its got a heart of gold and runs as such..just needs a lil love and hell be tearin up the trails again..BIG thanks!!
