Bilstein 4600 with 1.5 inch of lift?

Im in the process of getting new shocks for my 94 pickup that's 4x4 extended cab. I'm really wanting to go with the Bilstein 4600 but I also really want to put 1.5 inch's or so of lift(1.5 inch ball joint spacer for the front so i can relax torsion bars and 2 or 3 inch drop shackle in the back to level with the front) so my question is can I do that amount of lift and still use the 4600 and still have flex in the shocks? Thanks for the help!!
