First of all, nice truck. That is the same direction I'm going with my truck, although I'm not quite there yet. Making it super capable off-road without hacking it up or making it uncomfortable for every day use!
Anyway, a truck like that is worth as much as someone will pay for it, that's all there is to it. It's a matter of finding a buyer that will appreciate the time and money you've put into it. In my area, a stock '91 truck with no frame/body rust and no mechanical issues would bring between 4-5 thousand (even with high miles). If you've got receipts for the engine swap and the suspension parts and other recent maintenance, I wouldn't be afraid to ask 7-8.
Of course, if you can't find a buyer I'd be more than happy to take it off your hands

Looks like a really awesome truck to me. I think its pretty too! With the 3.4 swap into a truck, with truck frame and truck parts; I'd prefer it over a Tacoma with its flimsy frame and car parts. Nice suspension upgrades. I like the rims and tires too. What size tires and what condition are they in. Best of luck.
