Tires n rims

Hey guys, i know this has been asked before, but cannot find exactly what i am looking for. I am putting a 3" body lift on my 91 pickup. Sticking with 15x8 rims with 3.75 bs. I want to go with 31x10.5r15 tires. If i go to 32x11.5r15 will i need to re gear? not sure how to re gear or if its hard? Pictures would help alot please.

Iv got a 2" BL with 32x11.5 r15s and to me its fine. I think the biggest difference for you will be what combination of manual/auto trans, 6 or 4 cylinder. I have a manual 6 cylinder, might be why it feels ok.
