Let me start at the beginning ....I have a freshly rebuilt motor bored, every thing new . I have no codes no CEL. All my vaccum lines are hooked up according to the the schematic from Toyota . I have been over and over the engine everything appears to be correct.

I'm at my wits end with this thing it has no power will not go over 65mph on level road. Getting about 10 mpg. It idles rough but has good compression and no misfires. I have replaced the O2 sensor and the Pcv valve. Nothing I try works. It is flooding during idle.If anyone has any suggestions or ideas I'd appreciate your help. This 3vze is driving me nuts.....
