Hey guys i just joined this forum but i have a 1992 pickup 22re short bed single cab that has issues it starts up idles for about 2 seconds then sputters out i recently changed the fuel pump and circuit opening relay and it ran great for a day and now its back to the same problem and i dont know where to start any help would be greatly apreciated

 

I would go after the fuel filter. It's difficult to get to, but you don't have to do it often.

Post some pics of this beast and search around a little.

 

Check the sensor on top of the air box I had the same problem on both my trucks. On one, the plug just fell out of the sensor and needed to be zip tied. The other had to be opened up and cleaned out by the previous owner.
