95 3.0 no start help

I pick up this 4runner for cheap with a no start problem. It cranks and acts like it wants to start but doesn't. Previous owner said it lossed power and than wouldn't start back up. So far these is what I have done and found.

All fuses good and swapped around relays, checked grounds
Has fuel at fuel rail while cranking
Pulled plug has nice blue color
Compression was not far off with all cylinders
Pulled timing cover off and all timing marks line up and distribitor was on 1
Have power on both sides of injectors

Anyone have any ideas what else to look for. It's got to be something simple.
Next thing I'm going to test is the afm.

Could it be low fuel pressure. That would be enough to get to the rail. Just a thought. Probably a PIA to check I don't know I'm a 22re junkie.

I strayed some starting fluid in a vacuum line going into intake and still wouldn't start. Spark plugs smell like fuel but not soaked. Have nice blue spark coming from the spark plug.

pull the plugs and have someone try and crank it, see if when you ground the plug it sparks. ICE only need fuel, air and spark to run.
