Help figuring out what goes on the left side of my 91 22re block

Help figuring out what goes on the left side of my 91 22re block
Just got this 22re rebuilt and there is a large threaded hole on the driver side (left) of the block and i cant seem to figure out what went there ? !
None of my bolts fit almost put a sensor in it because it was the right size but it didnt belong. Please help
