I found a lady with 99 taco with an e-locker, toyota is buying her truck back for recall rust ect.

I have a 99 4runner and want to put her locker in.

108 views and no comments huh? What the heck yota nation? Anyway, found a bunch of info on phorunner, guy over there has a great thread. This is a large job going from Taco to 4runner if you are not lucky enough to have the wiring harness already and you need to be able to return taco to functional.

I am going detroit style - easy cheesy and I won about 500 bucks gift certs from dts in michigan at the last off road charity auction I was at.

I 'll let you guys know how it turns out! Clunky and bad ars I imagine
