3vze air idle screw?

I have done the 7mge afm swap and I am about to put a aftermarket coil on my 3vze. I have heard some people on here say they have drilled out there air idle screw. What. Does that do for you? Does it add any hp?

If it were me, I would leave it alone. The only thing you MAY have to do is adjust it to get the engine to idle properly with the new AFM, but that is only if you are having idle difficulties.
